DTF or HTV Printing?

We offer DTF (Direct to Film) and HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) Printing on T-Shirts.  DTF (direct-to-film) allows to print any design on a film and transfer it directly to the intended surface, such as fabric. The DTF printer technology can allow to print easily on cotton, polyester, synthetic, or silk and it works on both dark and white fabric without any trouble.

HTV on the other hand is a specialty vinyl material that is used to decorate or personalize T-shirts, garments and other fabric items. HTV contains a heat-activated adhesive backing, which allows the vinyl to permanently transfer to your garment when heat pressed with sufficient time, temperature, and pressure. 

By using a vinyl cutter, you can cut digital designs into the vinyl and then transfer those designs onto your T-shirt or garment using a heat press. The result is impressive, high-quality custom garments with exceptional durability as well as look and feel.


One of the great things about heat press vinyl is that there are so many different varieties of colors and finishes - glossy, matte, flock, stretchy, glow-in-the-dark, glitter HTV - you name it! No matter what project you've got, there is an HTV that's perfect for it. 

Heat transfer vinyl (or HTV for short) is a useful tool that allows to add personalized touches to garments and accessories, which explains why many businesses choose to have their company logo printed with HTV. We can also assist with custom T-shirts for special events with either DTF or HTV.


Wholesale Custom DTF Transfers

We can create your iron on DTF transfers if you wish to heatpress it yourself on your garment. Wholesale Custom DTF Transfers are printed on gang sheets that range from A4 (8.3 x 11.7 inches) to A3 (11.7 x 16.5 inches).


Images can be full-color graphics, including full-color photos, gradients and effects. Our bulk custom DTF iron-on transfers are printed on high-quality transfer film using durable inks that resist cracking.


Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers are full-color heat-applied transfers for light and dark garments. No weeding or masking is required and DTF transfers can be applied to cotton, cotton/poly blends, and even 100% polyester.


Simply press and go! All you need is a heat press!


Turnaround Lead Time for printing: 3-5 business days (Once your image is approved for queuing and printing)

Make sure the artwork dimensions are exact. We will not resize your artwork or set up your gang sheet.

* File type: PNG

* Recommend DPI: 300

* Image should have a transparent background. DTF printers use white ink so white backgrounds will be printed.

* Trademarked images (NFL, Disney, fashion brands, etc), Screenshots, and watermarked images will NOT be accepted.

* Artwork must be print-ready
* MOST IMPORTANTLY - "You own the copyrights of the artwork!"
