  • What is the Embroidery Production Time?

    Production time for most embroidery orders is two to five days. Large orders may require more time.


    If you need your order quickly, give us your "must have" date and we'll make every effort to accommodate you. If we can't fulfill your order before your requested date we'll let you know before you place your order.


    Rush Orders

    Rush orders are accepted when our current schedule allows for their completion. Additional charges may apply.


  • What is the Printing Production Time?

    The turnaround time for garment printing is approximately one to 5 days. Large orders may require more time. If you need a quicker turnaround time let us know and we'll try to accommodate you.


    If you need your order quickly, give us your "must have" date and we'll make every effort to accommodate you. If we can't fulfill your order before your requested date we'll let you know before you place your order. 


    Rush Orders

    Rush orders are accepted when our current schedule allows for their completion. Additional charges may apply.

  • Does your logo reflect the image?

    We give attention to every detail to insure you receive the highest quality personalized apparel. What does this mean for you? When you contact us we'll respond to your questions and provide a quote that includes all costs. When you place an order your logo is:


    Embroidery:

    - Readable and beautifully stitched

    - Correctly placed on a garment

    - Steamed and individually folded


    Apparel Printing:

    - Correctly sized and cleanly printed

    - Printed so it won't crack or peel

    - Double printed on dark garments

  • What is your shipping time?

    Shipping time to your location is not included in our production time. We're located in Inglewood and we ship from the zip code 90301. Shipping time can vary from one to five business days. UPS Ground shipping time to the west coast is usually five days. That means if we ship your order on a Friday, you'll receive it the following Friday.


    Expedited Shipping:

    Expedited shipping is available. Please tell us if you require expedited shipping and we'll let you know what shipping time and cost options are available.


    Delivery notes

    Standard Processing: 1-3 business days

    Business Days: Monday - Friday

  • What Payment do you accept?

    We accept Cash, Pay Pal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Checks. 


    Payments are made through PayPal's secure site. You don't need a PayPal account to use your credit card. We don't receive your payment information. If you are unable to pay through PayPal you may send a check.

  • Can I exchange items?

    Returns & Refunds


    • For any reason, any item can be returned to Impression2u within 14 days of the purchase date. 
    • Requesting a Return Authorization (RA) for the full or partial order only takes a minute. 
    • Usually instantly, we will send you an email with your RA # and PDF return shipping label.
    • Please print the PDF file of the shipping label. 
    • Place it on the box, then drop the box off at any location or give your returning package to your UPS delivery person
    • Returns cannot be processed without a Return Authorization (RA). 
    • Multiple return requests on the same order will be reviewed and may be refused. 
    • We send one Return Authorization (RA) number for all items being returned and a return address. 
    • Items that have been altered or washed cannot be returned. 
    • Inspection of the returned items can take 5 - 10 business days.
    • Combining your shipping time, inspection time, and your bank's credit processing time it could take 7-21 days to have your refund issued. 
    • If the return label is not used for any reason, you must return the items at your own expense.
    • Restocking fee.
    • Shipping fees (if any) are not refunded.
    • We are unable to accept any returns on underwear (boxers, briefs, thongs, etc.), face covers, or any item marked Final Sale.
